Cihan University/Sulaimaniya Branch staff abides by the work ethics, which are based on universal values, principles and behavioral guides. Accordingly, our main strategies are:
1.To instill positive qualities in carrying out assigned duties so as to increase the quality of services;
2.To improve personal discipline so as to provide excellent services in tandem with the needs of consumers and organization; and to contribute continuously to the nation.
The work ethics must be implemented and internalized based on the principles like: good intention - good behavior - towards betterment- keeping promises- courtesy- teamwork-loyalty and consensus.
